Safety training is a key component of our organization’s productivity and prosperity. We provide on-going education and OSHA Safety Training to ensure our employees are protected from workplace hazards and are given the knowledge and skills they need to work safely.

As an Office Coordinator at WxTite you will need to:

  • Performance of task as requested by the Executive Group
  • Handling travel arrangements and needs
  • Front Desk duties
  • Planning and organizing company events
  • Ordering lunches for various meetings and events
  • Maintaining all office supplies on an as needed basis
  • Fleet Management
  • Other duties may include processing G&A accounts payable invoices, credit applications, assisting with onboarding, ordering business cards, etc.

Office Coordinator Qualifications:

  • An Associate’s Degree and/or at least 2 years of related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
