Wyatt Field Service is Hiring an Onboarding Admin- TEMPORARY POSITION Near Houston, TX
POSITION: Onboarding Admin- TEMPORARY Reports To: Onboarding Supervisor TEMPORARY POSITION: 3-4 month duration Position Summary:
Able to handle a high volume of phone calls while incorporating positive interpersonal skills when communicating with applicants, employees, and office/jobsite personnel
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality of work
Maintain an organized schedule that functions around meeting demanding deadlines
Work independently and as part of a team to reach staffing goals for the company and project
Employ organizational skills to effectively minimize obstacles that negatively impact the project. Able to employ sound decision-making/problem solving skills to resolve issues and seek advice as needed
Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures as well as additional legal regulatory requirements especially in regard to new hires processes and onboarding
Communicate daily with site supervision and Lead Recruiters on all staffing status updates
Verify new hire/rehire paperwork is completed through the employee portal before the employee arrives at their assigned jobsite
Assist employees with Employee Portal access as needed
Coordinate, monitor and track compliance and safety requirements for all new-hires and re-hires
Inform incoming personnel of all jobsite requitements prior to arriving onsite
Update individual's Dispatch Status and start dates daily as applicable
Complete any other tasks at the request of Personnel and Onboarding Supervisors
Position Qualifications:
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
High School diploma or GED required
Must be able to work overtime when needed, this includes late nights and weekends
Must be able to communicate, at all levels effectively using both verbal and written communication
Aptitude to comply with company policies, project hiring requirements and client requirements
Knowledge of safety councils (HASC, ISTC, etc.) preferred but not required
Strong knowledge of computer programs and software including: Microsoft Office programs (Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Toadfly Echart, Viewpoint; use of the Internet
Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.
