Scripture is foundational for evangelism, discipleship, church planting and spiritual growth, but today there are over 1,200 languages that still need Bible translation work started for the first time.

As the senior director of workforce systems your contributions will bring guidance to the workforce systems team and advance global Bible translation work.

• Steward the team’s budget and fiscal development.
• Enhance total rewards strategies to attract, engage and retain staff.
• Evaluate program performance and optimize company participation and engagement.
• Support your team’s ability to respond to workforce system requirements.
• Activate and integrate data flows to enhance data accessibility across the organization.
• Identify potential risks and safeguard compliance standards.
• Represent our mission to a variety of audiences.

• You have a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of experience in total rewards, human resources or a related field.
• You have intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, Workday, Slack and video conferencing software.
• You demonstrate the desire and ability to support corporate biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work-related spiritual activities without reservation (Spiritual Bona Fide Occupational Qualification).
