Location: Shanghai Normal University-Tianhua College, Shanghai, China

Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced faculty members to teach a two-week session at Shanghai Normal University-Tianhua College. This unique opportunity allows you to introduce your subject matter expertise and share diverse approaches to teaching, along with cultural, classroom interaction, and learning styles.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a two-week intensive Microeconomics course.
• Provide a comprehensive experience, from a international perspective.
• Develop and adjust syllabi and course content to fit a two-week period
• Facilitate a learning environment that highlights the differences between various academic and cultural perspectives.
• Engage students through interactive and innovative teaching methods.
• Evaluate student performance and provide a portion of the overall grade for the course.

Tianhua Current Offerings:

• $2,000-3,000 per week of teaching.
• Free meals, excursion trips, sightseeing, and hosted or group dinners.
• Economy class flight to/from China.
• Hotel accomdation

Additional Information:

• VISA Fee is covered.

Qualifications:

• Master's in Economics or a related field.
• Experience teaching Microeconomics at the college level.
• Strong understanding of different educational systems.
• Excellent communication and intercultural skills.
• Ability to adapt course content for a condensed teaching period.
