What you'll be doing:

• Maintenance & Repairs: Schedule and perform repairs, maintenance, and installations to ensure seamless production operations.
• Prioritization & Planning: Review open job orders to set work priorities and execute tasks efficiently.
• Preventative Maintenance:
  • Direct and enhance preventative maintenance activities.
  • Develop, implement, and trend programs for reliability improvement.
  • Execute plans to improve equipment reliability and longevity.
• Equipment Inspection & Safety:
  • Inspect machines for operational compliance.
  • Act as a safety resource, ensuring OSHA compliance and a safe workplace.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Coordinate with management, production, and quality teams to resolve issues and recommend improvements.
  • Work with vendors to source economical parts, design improvements, and update older equipment.
• Procurement: Submit requisitions for tools, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Leadership:
  • Lead, coach, and guide maintenance staff in all aspects of their roles.
  • Provide input for capital projects and strategic planning.

Skills You Bring:

• Experience:
  • 2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
  • Hands-on, spending most of your time on the floor.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical/electrical issues.
• Organizational Strength:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Communication:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and positively influence outcomes.
• Problem Solving: Proven experience in identifying and implementing solutions, securing team support, and resolving challenges effectively.
• Bilingual Advantage: English/Spanish fluency preferred.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 6am - 2:30pm
• Must be willing to adjust and work outside the regular schedule as needed

Pay:

• $62,500 - $80,000 per year
• Compensation will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, including education, experience, skills, and expertise.
