Experience with check printing and or SAP is preferred but not required.
This position will be responsible for assisting with check printing tasks and administrative functions within Accounts Payable. They will work closely with the AP control team members.
Qualification
Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for assisting with check printing tasks and administrative functions within Accounts Payable. They will work closely with the AP Control team members.
Duties:
Assist with check printing functions while ensuring compliance with process controls:
? Print checks and review for quality control
? Seal checks
? Pull checks for special handling and insertions
Mail Sort & Returned Checks:
? Research returned mail and work to correct addresses as appropriate
? Resend mail to correct addresses or departments
? Assist to move vendors to ACH / preferred payment method
Iron Mountain:
? Log and label boxes accordingly for shipment
Assist internal departments and vendors with vendor research and details
Perform other duties as assigned
Experience:
Experience with check printing?
Experience SAP preferred
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or business is preferred.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $19.75 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
