Vice President Quality - Part Time

Role Overview: As the VP of Quality, you will be a key driver in ensuring the highest standards of quality across all products and services. You will lead the quality assurance team, develop and implement quality strategies, and work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold regulatory compliance and enhance customer satisfaction. This is a part-time role, ideal for professionals looking to contribute their expertise while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of our quality assurance strategy, ensuring it aligns with our overall business goals.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all products and processes comply with relevant healthtech regulations and standards, including FDA and ISO requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices in quality management.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with product development, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure quality is embedded at every stage of the product lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidate:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 10 years in quality management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the healthtech or medical devices industry.
• Regulatory Expertise: Deep understanding of healthtech regulations, including FDA, ISO, and other relevant standards.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex quality issues to diverse audiences.
• Part-Time Flexibility: Availability to work part-time, with the flexibility to adapt to business needs.
