Xando Energy is seeking a motivated Solar Sales Consultant to join our family in South Florida! We specialize in residential solar systems, offering cutting-edge panels and optimized battery backup systems.

As an Xpert Sales Consultant, you’ll be directly engaging with excited homeowners, helping them to understand the benefits of solar energy as you guide them through the sales process and all the benefits they’ll be afforded. Enjoy quick installation times, exceptionally competitive commissions, a highly trained and supportive management team to help you be your very best, and the opportunity to do some good in the world!

We are looking for outgoing individuals to join our Solar sales team! This role is:

  • Full Time
  • Enjoy competitive commissions and hefty bonuses based upon signed customer agreements and finished installations
  • Win BIG with weekly competitions where you can earn swag prizes, win trips to Orlando theme parks, and more! Did we mention that we LOVE team outings?!
  • Top Performers Compensation: $150,000 to $350,000 in the first year per performance

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
