Position Definition
Xavier University School of Medicine is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be energetic, computer literate, and have the ability to meet urgent deadlines while maintaining accuracy. This is a professional office atmosphere. The admissions coordinator position is responsible for the initial point of contact for prospective students, date entry, and general support to the admissions team. Other administrative duties will also be required. A bachelor degree is required; this position has the opportunity for growth into more advanced positions. Recent Graduates are welcome to apply.
Description
- Handle incoming calls and route to appropriate person/department.
- Provide admission team data entry support in processing of applications, test scores, transcripts, and other supporting credentials for applicant admission review.
- Provide support for all admissions mailings, both regular and bulk.
- Support in maintaining all printed inventory (envelopes, letterhead, brochures, etc.).
- Clerical support for leadership and professional staff when necessary.
- Coordination of all Admission efforts to fulfill the strategic plan of the Office and the University.
- Completion of reports as assigned by the Associate Director of Admissions.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Valid driver license required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
