Job Summary

As the Logistics Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the tracking of inbound containers, outbound containers, and internal transfer of orders within our logistics network. In this role, you will manage inventory and ensure accuracy. This position requires a high level of financial responsibility, attention to detail, and analytical skills. 

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: develop and manage inventory logs, maintenance, logs, and ensure accurate tracking of the location of all inventory
• Manage Internal Transfer Orders for resupplying inventory at company yards and depots
• Project Management: ensure timely delivery of orders and projects. Ensure continuous improvement of all processes
• Manage the internal and external company drivers to ensure quality and timely deliveries
• Manage outbound delivery process
• Manage Show Yard program including inventory replacement and maintenance of yard
• Develop and adhere to annual Logistics budget
• Responsible for meeting monthly financial forecast

Requirements

• High school diploma required. College degree preferred
• 3-5 years of supervisor experience
• 3 years of logistics experience
• Ability to work independently and in team setting
• Ability to understand logistics management software
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
