We are looking for an Engineering Manager to work in a hyper-growth Series D company with well over $500M in funding secured that are looking for a hands-on engineering leader with extensive experience in MLOps & building AI platforms to join fast-paced AI platform team.

Using the latest Machine Learning, NLP and Speech-To-Text technology as the backbone of their product suite, this company is rapidly growing their market share and fast being recognized as the leader in this market intelligence segment.
The AI Platform team is responsible for building the ML platform to streamline and manage the deployment of ML models in production and build the backend to allow these ML models to power product features. You will lead a team of talented engineers to incept and deliver innovative and scalable solutions for their world-class AI-powered search platform.
It is expected the successful candidate will have:
•Build, lead and grow a world-class engineering team and lead delivery of cutting-edge AI-powered products in a fast-paced environment.
•Build a best-in-class ML platform to accelerate development and deployment of ML models and help accelerate the launch of new and improve existing AI-powered features.
•Build scalable and reliable data pipelines and services that incorporate the use of ML models to solve complex business problems.
•6 years of software development experience with building scalable, high-performing, and robust applications. Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
•A strong software engineer who can design large scale software systems and write high quality code and tests.
•Proficient in Java and/or Python, and familiar with IAC technologies such as Terraform and Crossplane.
Role will be based in NYC on a hybrid basis and will be expected to have close collaboration with local product, engineering, sales and research teams.
