Responsibilities

• Manage company sourcing activities and processes
• Identify and lead analysis to support data-driven decisions
• Develop effective relationships with key suppliers
• Reduce cost while increasing overall value
• Negotiate with suppliers on price and delivery
• Engage supply base and internal partners for optimization strategies and cost reduction initiatives
• Drive supplier selection through detailed assessments
• Participation in all issues related to meeting business requirements
• Analyze market trends and report strategic opportunities and risks
• Lead resolving of issues related to quality, cost, delivery to mitigate supply risk
• Develop and maintain Cost Analytics for main production processes
• As a member of the cross functional team, you will interface with operations, customer service, sales, and engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
• Strategic and Operational Procurement in a field of functional products
• Experience utilizing sourcing methodologies and procurement techniques
• Logistics and freight negotiation experience
• Proven success in negotiations and networking
• Experience collecting and analyzing data
• Innovative and creative mindset
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
