Mandatory Qualifications (MQ)

1.A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Project Manager or as an Operations Manager on one or more large or complex projects implementing or operating an Electronic Benefit Payments (EBP)

solution for a government agency.

2.A minimum of three (3) years of project implementation / operations experience on one or more large complex projects for a government agency

3.A minimum of three (3) or more years of risk management experience on a project implementing or operating an EBP solution for a government

agency.

4.Possession of a *Bachelor s Degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Desirable Qualifications (DQ)

1.Five (5) years of experience as a Project Manager or as an Operations Manager on one or more large or complex projects implementing or operating an Electronic Benefit Payments (EBP) solution for a government agency.

2.Five (5) years of project implementation / operations experience on one or more large or complex projects involving

Unemployment Insurance or Disability Insurance domains.

3.Five (5) or more years of risk management experience on a project implementing or operating an EBP solution for a government agency.
