PAY RATE: $24.00 - $28.00 (Depending on Experience)

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM

LOCATION: Hutchins TX 75141

POSITION OVERVIEW:

They will be responsible for overseeing and managing one of the company's warehouse facilities, which includes financial and operational performance, and managing the customer's relationship.

POSITION DESCRIPRION:

• Plan, implement, and monitor day-to-day warehouse operations and personal workforce planning and scheduling, customer service billing.

• Review orders, scheduling, and customer service billing.

• Motivate employees and handle problem resolution to achieve a positive work environment.

• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

• Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation.

• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts, and reconciling with the data storage system.

• Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on orders.

POSITION REQUIEREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of management experience, including managing people and being accountable for a department or unit.
• Solid communication skills, including writing and verbal.
• Must know Wholesale Vendor Compliance requirements to ensure Warehouse operations are compliant.
• Must be computer literate and have basic to intermediate working knowledge of WMS (Highjump, AX), and Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and recall past information
• The nature of the job requires an individual who is dedicated, detail-oriented and understands the business.
• Must have the ability to handle responsibility in a fast-paced environment
• Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
