Job Summary:

XL Pro Staffing & Consulting is now hiring a Director of Sales throughout Houston. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. We are a well-established Texas-based staffing firm that specializes in light industrial, warehouse, sanitation, manufacturing, construction, distribution, logistics 3PL, fulfillment centers, hospitality, and much more. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. We are a dynamic staffing company with two Houston offices and seven offices in DFW and are always seeking experienced talent to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our client base.

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize their performance and professional growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.

Prospect for and develop new business relationships with potential clients.

Identify and evaluate the potential staffing needs of clients and match their requirements with our available resources.

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the effective delivery of services to clients.

Attend networking events and other industry events to develop new business leads.

Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales management with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

A deep understanding of the staffing industry and current market trends.

A consultative selling approach and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.

A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
