ServiceNow Technical Project Manager, Software Contract Renewals, Stakeholder Partnership, Agile ** ATLANTA LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY **

The target pay rate ranges between $80-$85 hr.

• Mandatory – Demonstrated superior project management skills including strong leadership
• Mandatory -- Ability to build PM playbooks with a specific eye toward Software Contract Renewals
• Mandatory – Strong technical acumen in a software product development environment
• Preferred – Broad general knowledge of commercial software in a company’s ecosystem
• Mandatory -- Heavy bias toward action
• Mandatory -- Superior understanding and application of stakeholder management

Qualifications:
• Stakeholder Partnership. Elicits cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments using expertise as a facilitator maintaining a future focused perspective for the teams
• Judgment. Able to quickly assess what information is needed to make decisions including when escalation is required. Often able to make decision on their own.
• Risk Management. Good at identifying Risk and Opportunities as well as actively managing them to closure.
• Team Leadership. Is an Agile evangelist acting as a role model for non-direct reporting Team Members able to determine when help is needed.
• Ownership and Commitment. Takes responsibility and accountability for project success criteria. Valuable as a leader and as a team member completing tasks and/or providing key data for decision making.
• Learning Agility. Demonstrated ability to learn new skills including asking the right questions to gain understanding. Has a high level of comfort dealing with ambiguous and new situations.
• Process Adherence. Able to determine which project management processes are necessary to achieve optimal results. Produces an audit trail through their projects.
• Business Knowledge. Good understanding of Agile standards. Easily aligns project/programs to stakeholder goals.
• Proficiency in MSOffice Suite, Microsoft Project/SmartSheet, SharePoint, Rally or similar tool.
Education: Bachelors Degree and Project Management Certification(s) or equivalent Experience: Minimum 7 yrs of experience in project management capacity implementing large enterprise software system
