About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Advisor for Financial Planning and Analysis. The successful candidate will be a key technical expert for the Finance Department and senior management, providing essential support in reporting on enterprise-wide revenues and programs, as well as evaluating strategic initiatives. This role requires the independent development of financial data analytics and reporting, managing relationships with subject matter experts, and implementing solutions that enhance decision support and management planning. The Senior Advisor will also be responsible for fostering collaborative relationships within the organization, defining and deploying enterprise-wide reporting tools, and aligning staff efforts with organizational objectives.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 6 years of work experience in financial planning and analysis, particularly in the healthcare sector. Specific expertise in financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and performance measurement for healthcare lines of business is essential. The role demands a professional who is adept at working in a dynamic, matrix environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to present to and engage with senior management. Experience with industry business intelligence tools and their application to financial planning and reporting is also required. Preferred qualifications include healthcare analysis experience, pro forma creation, and familiarity with healthcare operations and reimbursement methodologies.
