XP POWER is Hiring a Production Assembler 2nd Shift Near Gloucester, MA

We are seeking 2nd shift assemblers (3pm to 11:30pm) to perform production assembly work of light electro-mechanical assembly operations of moderately high complexity with close attention to detail following manufacturing assembly procedures. You will read and work from blueprints, wiring diagrams, parts lists, sketches, written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of basic assembly and electro-mechanical assembly functions
  • Ability to read and understand (in English), blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings and written procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to operate machinery such as soldering iron, power screwdrivers, and various hand tools, etc.
