Role Description
This is a contract role for a Recruitment Resourcer at XPENG. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for communication, hiring, relationship building, interviewing, and customer service tasks. Your role will involve supporting the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions. This is a hybrid role located in Santa Clara, CA, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in technical recruiting
- Experience in the tech industry or automotive industry is a plus
- Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in hiring and interviewing
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree
