As an Assistant School Age teacher, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the lead school age program manager with the coordination of classroom operations, including the implementation of our proprietary curriculum for school age children in our after school program. Our curriculum is literacy-based and structured, but also purposefully flexible. Teachers are encouraged to be creative and intentional when developing activities, you’ll have the professional freedom to ensure instructional decisions are based on student's interests and needs. Our teams collaborate and build relationships with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Complies with all company and state-specific standards and maintains validation of required credentials for the position.
• Complies with all state-specific education requirements. Must have one of the following:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred previous experience working with school-age students.
• Full-time position working from 9:30 AM-6:30 PM or 10:00 AM-6:30 PM.
