Job DescriptionYou’ll join Xplor Field Services - the team that develops business management software for the Field Service Industry. We offer business owners an all-in-one software system, which handles scheduling, invoicing, and customer service responsibilities. Our software helps thousands of contractors and field service entrepreneurs build highly profitable businesses – with less stress, and better control over their growth.
We are looking for a Customer Growth Manager whose focus will be on retention and growth of our customer base.
  • Deliver outbound sales motion to the customer base in response to strategic Marketing campaigns around new product offerings and initiatives
  • Create, manage, and execute on pipeline of expansion opportunities
  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services
  • Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally
  • Operate as a liaison between management to share key customer feedback to improve overall customer experience
The average base salary pay range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000.
Position is eligible for commission.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success with a focus on increasing revenue
  • Proven ability to overcome objections and drive customer interest to additional products or packages
  • Familiarity working with small-medium-sized businesses in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce required.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail and process-oriented and analytical.
  • Strong team player but still a self-starter.
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on the fly.
