Xpodigital is Hiring a Customer Success Manager Near Atlanta, GA

Xpodigital (www.xpodigital.com) is a rapidly growing digital signage and convention internet company looking for a standout Customer Success Manager, with 2 to 5 years of Customer Success or account management experience and a college degree. Experience working in hospitality customer services or a similar industry is also preferred. 

Primary business operations are based in Orlando, Florida. We are looking for candidates in the Orlando, Atlanta or Baltimore area.  Eligible candidates must be currently residing in one of these areas and easily get to an airport to qualify.

Here are a few activities you can expect to work on once you’ve gained competency in Xpodigital’s suite of products and technology (we value quick studies):

  • Ensure the on time issuing and payment of annual recurring payments
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers post install and build executive relationships to establish a trusted advisor partnership
  •  Focus on driving additional revenue via selling add-on products, replacement equipment, creative services and extended warranties
  • Collaborate with Support team as needed to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate closely with Sales team to support customer renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Continually seek out opportunities to enhance customer relationships
  • Become an expert on product and service offerings in order to provide guidance on how to get the most out of our product and services
  • Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customer and issuing customer surveys
  • Be an advocate for the client and facilitate requests to Development and Product to help innovate and deliver when possible
  • Design and implement Customer Success Plans; identifying stakeholders, goals, and milestones
  • Review and track CS ongoing metrics including customer health and retention
  • Attend local/regional industry related networking and association events
  • Travel to customers for in person CS visits
