Part-Time Human Resources Administrator
The Administrative Assistant of Human Resources will perform administrative duties related to the operations of the human resource office.
Work Schedule : Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (9 : 00am - 5 : 30pm)
Supervisory Responsibilities :
None.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Performs Full-Cycle Recruiting function for all open positions
- Assists with preparation of human resource reports such as payroll, attendance, new hire, and turnover reports.
- Assists in providing solutions to HR related questions
- Processes required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters.
- Prepares and Conducts New Hire Orientation
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Abilities :
- Basic knowledge of HR business practices
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ADP, Paycom or similar software.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
Education and Experience :
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Administrative training required.
Physical Requirements :
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Xtreme Manufacturing produces 16 telehandler models, which are assembled and sold in North America. They also produce E-Z Loader truck beds at their headquarters and assembly facility in Henderson, Nevada.
