**Dietitian Supervisor**

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dietitian Supervisor to lead our dietetics team in providing exceptional nutritional care and services.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing clinical dietetic activities, ensuring compliance with nutritional, safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• This role involves mentoring and directing dietitian staff, developing and implementing nutrition care plans, and serving as a consultant to medical and nursing staff.
• The Dietitian Supervisor will also engage in various administrative tasks, including conducting employment interviews, preparing reports, and monitoring the performance of staff to ensure optimal client care.
• The Dietitian Supervisor will also provide oversight of the contract food services vendor who provides comprehensive food services for the facility.

The candidate must be a registered dietitian with a minimum of three years of full-time professional experience in dietetics. Additionally, the candidate must be licensed as a Dietitian by the State of Tennessee. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to develop and lead a team, and a thorough understanding of medical conditions affected by diet. The Dietitian Supervisor will play a critical role in fostering cooperative working relationships with medical staff, clients, and community providers, ensuring the highest standards of nutritional care are met.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
