Y.A.L.E. School NJ is Hiring a Special Education Classroom Assistant (10 Month + 30 Days Contract) Near Marlton, NJ
Teaching assistants will be given a 10 month contract (Sept. 1-June 30) that includes days off for school holidays including a week for winter break and a week for spring break as well as a 30 day contract for ESY (Extended School Year) that runs for six weeks in the summer.
10 month school year hours are 8am-3pm, while the 30 day ESY hours are 8am-2pm.

Job RequirementsThe Classroom Assistant shall:
- Possess 60 college credits from an accredited post-secondary institution
- OR hold Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited post-secondary institution
- Demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills and the ability to motivate and instruct students.
- Demonstrate energy, enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, and the community.
- Showcase expertise and experience in using 21st Century based/Web 2.0 technology tools and protocols.
