Position OverviewY-PLANET is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable partnership agent to scout, pitch, recruit, and contract livestreamers, contributing to the expansion of our Creator Crews.
Compensation

• Basic Salary: $4000 commission- Commission: Up to $10,000 with no salary limit!

Roles And Responsibilities

• Identify and approach livestreamers on TikTok and other social media channels with expertise in content creation and livestreaming.- Act as a liaison between potential creators and our company during the initial stages of collaboration.- Clearly communicate our services and support to potential creators, outlining the do's and don'ts of our company.- Guide new creators through the onboarding process on TikTok, track application status, and inform creators of invitation acceptance within deadlines.- Monitor livestream consistency and ensure creators' cooperation capacity.

Qualifications

• Well-connected within the online and offline creator community, with abundant resources of livestreamers.- In-depth knowledge of the livestreaming ecosystem, content creators, and emerging trends.- Strong management and communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.- Self-motivated team player with an entrepreneurial spirit, multitasking ability, and results-driven attitude.- Basic computer operation and office suites proficiency.- Previous experience in recruiting and talent agent roles is preferred.
