Full job description

Our outstanding general dental practice i s seeking an exceptional front office / treatment coordinator for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

We are looking for a bilingual in Spanish candidate.

Responsibilities and Qualifications :

  • Responsible for accurately and professionally handling front desk operations including answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling all appointments, addressing routine inquiries, and forwarding non-routine requests to appropriate personnel.
  • Answering multiple telephone lines.
  • Greeting / checking patients in and out.
  • Prepares necessary patient paperwork before the patient’s appointment.
  • Identifies payer sources, verifies insurance eligibility and coverage.
  • Recording and collecting patient copays and / or balances at check -in / out.
  • help patients with financing needs if needed like care credit.
  • Prepare and presenting large / small financial / treatment plans to patients.
  • Managing patients and collecting payments in a polite and profession manner
  • Experience in a customer service.
  • Exceptional multi-tasker
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Energetic, positive, and friendly
  • Organized and meticulous
  • Experienced in dental ADA codes.
  • Minimum experience of 2 years required.
