We are looking to add a new team member that possess great personality high energy, with attention to details.
Requirements:
- MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH!!!
-DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Available to work Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide information and assistance to guests and visitors
- Manage appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is required.
- Familiarity with operating phone systems, including transferring calls and taking messages
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and courtesy
- Proficient in using computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite. Open Dental experience, but not required
