Summary/Objective

Performs work in the operation of a van or other vehicles to assure safe transportation of patients to and from various locations. 

An employee in this case drives a van or other company vehicle to various locations to transport patients to various appointments. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to: office tasks, helping out on the floor where needed and any other tasks delegated by the Administrator of the facility 

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.

Driver's license and clean driving record. 

CNA Certification preferred

Preferred Education and Experience

·One year experience in transportation role.
