We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator with a strong financial background to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing essential financial support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain office records and files
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documents
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding and payroll processing
  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in bookkeeping or financial administration
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and financial software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred, but not a must. Willing to work with someone fresh out of college with a financial background, That is looking to gain experience.

  • 2 years of experience in office administration is preferred
  • Financial experience is preferred
