We have an opportunity for an Advanced Practice Clinician at Miramar Health Center in Kennewick, Washington!

Who we are looking for:

• An Advanced Practice Clinician passionate about community health and family medicine
• A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations
• New graduate? Make your resume stand out by listing all clinical rotations and your experience in community health or with underserved patient population

Position Details :

• Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
• 1.0 FTE (40 hours a week with 34 hours of clinical and 6 hours of admin time)
• EMR system is EPIC
• Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:45 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturday, 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM

Position highlights:

• Base compensation $114k - $128k.With productivity and patient satisfaction measures, total potential compensation ranges from $135k - $148k
• $15k Hiring Bonus
• $20k Relocation allowance
• $50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date
• Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed)
• 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
