Our holistic model also extends assistance to shelter, energy, weatherization, HIV and AIDS counseling, home visits, and mobile medical / dental clinics.

What We Offer
- $18.52-$22.68 / hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates

What You’ll Do :
- Conduct audits for procedures and data. Identify process improvement ideas.
- Facilitate Release of Information forms, handle mail and faxes
- Provide Obstetrics support and chart review assistance to PA / NP, and support staff as needed
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Associate’s Degree or Certificate from an accredited technical school
- One year's experience working in an office setting, preferably a medical or dental office
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred at level 9 for bilingual differential pay
- Ability to prioritize work and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, with frequent interruptions
- Ability to effectively interact with patients, providers, and staff in a professional manner
- Basic proficiency in Electronic Medical Records, Word, and Excel
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is desired
