With 40 clinics across Washington and Oregon, we offer a wide range of services such as medical, dental, pharmacy, orthodontia, nutritional counseling, autism screening, and behavioral health. Our holistic model also extends assistance to shelter, energy, weatherization, HIV and AIDS counseling, home visits, and mobile medical/dental clinics.

What We Offer
- $17.98/hour

- Completion of 2000 hours of on-the-job training with the support and guidance of an experienced MA coach (paid)
- Completion of 410 hours of supplemental coursework, online coursework (unpaid)
- Attend 3 in-person lab days with an expert instructor to practice and demonstrate mastery of hands-on technical skills
- Track and report job hours and skills as needed
- Learn and demonstrate Certified Medical Assistant basics
- Update patient records, prepare for visits, collaborate with providers, educate patients, assist during procedures, manage lab specimens, administer medication, and comply with healthcare regulations
- High School diploma or GED
- CPR certification is required within 90 days of hire
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required (level 10 for bilingual differential pay)
- Medical knowledge to understand the theories, reasons, and technical aspects of medicine
- Strong people skills to handle different personalities, backgrounds, and personal situations
- Strong multi-tasking ability to handle the variety and pace of work
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Epic, and EMR
