Responsibilities:

•  Conduct daily dispatching and scheduling of linehaul drivers.
•  Complete necessary paperwork / data entry accurately and in a timely manner to ensure an efficient and steady flow of information.
•  Reinforce driver supervision during the process of loading and unloading,track drivers and loads and make sure they deliver in a timely manner
•  Coordinate third party carriers to move loads in cost efficient way.
•  Develop strong relationships with customers and drivers to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes.
•  Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

•  U.S. Permanent Resident (PR) or Citizen status or H1B.
•  One to three years of supervisory experience, preferably in a logistics setting;
•  Able to drive forklifts and hold legal documents;
•  Good computer skills;
•  Flexible time, able to work overtime or rotate as needed,able to work at weekends;
•  Priority given to speaking Chinese;
