Machine Learning Engineer II

Yardiis seeking a Software Development Engineer II to join our Machine Learningteam. In this role, you will be involved in all stages of developing predictivemodels, from research and design to implementation and optimization. We usePytorch, spaCy, and Pandas daily to create and maintain production models thatenhance various products. Our goal is to leverage advanced Machine Learningtechniques to automate processes, boost productivity, and improve customersatisfaction.

Weare looking for motivated and capable team players to design, develop, debug,test, and implement software enhancements. This includes creating visualrepresentations of client properties to support the real estate and rentalbusiness.

What You'll Do:

* Useyour high attention to detail to set up pipelines and evaluate models.

* Useyour expertise to train and test custom models and visualizing data.

* Manipulateand reshape huge data sets.

* Modify,implement, and maintain existing applications to established standards and specifications.

* Performmaintenance programming and implements approved changes for existing versions.

* UseCRM systems to track cases, defects, and resolutions.

* Presentimplementation details to small internal groups.

* Usecorporate approved integrated development environment (e.g., Visual Studio,Eclipse) to implement defect resolutions.

* Performand initiate unit testing of enhancements with internal groups to ensureaccuracy, integrity, interoperability, and completeness to desired results.

* Useanalysis and critical thinking skills to determine the needs of the user.

* Analyzeand document reasons for test failure; revises and debugs assigned programs andprocedures as necessary.

* Efficientlyidentify and resolve issues that arise during the design, testing, andmaintenance processes using problem-solving skills.

* Usecorporate approved sourced control applications (e.g., Microsoft TeamFoundation Server, Git) to maintain code changes.

* Usecorporate approved reporting tools (e.g., SSRS, Crystal Report Writer,Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat) to create and modify reports.

* Developand demonstrate in depth knowledge of a single domain including application anduser standards associated with the relevant industry.

* Expandtechnical knowledge, industry expertise, and use of toolsets.

* Adhereto department policies, procedures, and standards in the development andimplementation of software.

Who You Are:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Engineering Science oran equivalent combination of education and experience

* Two plus (2 ) years of experience as a machinelearning engineer using Python or equivalent programming tools in anapplication development environment

* Two plus (2 ) years of experience using VB.NET, C#,Angular, Java, or equivalent programming tools in an application developmentenvironment.

* Experience with Natural Language Processing,Computer Vision, and OCR

* Experience in or knowledge of one or more of thefollowing ML algorithms: Linear Regressions, Decision Tree, LogisticRegression, Random Forest, Support Vector Machines, Naive Bayes, KNNClassification, K Means Clustering.

* Experience in or knowledge of one more of thefollowing libraries: TensorFlow, NumPy, scLearn, Keras, PyTorch, SciPy, Pandas,Theano.

Helpful to Have:

* Knowledge of or experience in Pytesseract, docTR.

* Knowledge of or experience in BERT, RoBERTa,DistilBERT, DeBERTa, T5.

* Knowledge of or experience in Transformers,LayoutLM/LayoutLMv2

* Knowledge of or experience in text classificationtasks, Sentiment analysis

* Knowledge of or experience in OpenCV, Flask, Pillow,MySQL, Redis, and Conda.
