Yardi is seeking an experiencedMarketing Manager to lead our business-to-consumer (B2C) marketing efforts forour newest suite of products designed to elevate the resident experience andsimplify move-ins.The Resident Services product suite includes products and offersdesigned for residents to enhance the resident experience, including renters'insurance, power, Wi-Fi, rent reporting and other offers from affiliatepartners and third-party sponsorships. In this role, you will develop andexecute direct-to-resident multi-channel campaigns to enable propertymanagement companies to market offers and services to their residents. As theMarketing Manager, you will lead a team that collaborates with internal andexternal parties to build and implement a consumer strategy that engages andmonetizes the resident experience.
What You'll Do:
* Develop and execute end-to-endmarketing campaign strategy with a comprehensive understanding ofconsumer/resident needs, motivations, and preferences
* Develops and managesdirect-to-consumer (B2C) communications across multiple channels (social media,Google Ads, email, etc.)
* Oversees and prioritizes marketingactivities and ensures all cross-channel activities align with the businessunit's strategic objectives
* Collaborates with internal andexternal partners to implement and evolve a consumer marketing strategy toenhance the resident experience
* Manages and analyzes resident data,identifies opportunities to enhance the customer experience and personalizemarketing campaigns
* Ensures quality production andon-time delivery of all marketing collateral.
* Develops and implements testingstrategies to track marketing campaign performance, analyze financial impact,and optimize campaign development.
* Presents financial performanceresults and analysis to leadership on an as-needed, monthly, and quarterlybasis.
* Leads and manages a team ofmarketing professionals, communicates individual and team goals, developsskills, and shares knowledge
* Conducts annual performanceappraisals of team members and special appraisals as needed
Who You Are:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing,business administration, or related field
* Seven (7) years of experienceplanning and executing consumer marketing strategies
* Proven track record generating andcapturing product demand through data-driven marketing
* Enterprise software and real estateindustry experience
* Ability to lead a team and developtalent
* Proficiency in digital marketingchannels and platforms, including social media management tools, SEO, SEM,email marketing, and web analytics
* Exceptional oral and writtencommunication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teamsand convey complex concepts and ideas
* Strong analytical skills with theability to interpret data and extract actionable insights
* Exceptional organizational andproject management skills
* Excellent attention to detail,proofreading, and editing skills
* Solid interpersonal and relationshipmanagement skills
* Proficiency with project managementand client relationship management (CRM) software
* * Advanced knowledge of performancetracking, data analysis and reporting
* Proven success interpreting data andtelling the story through data
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 desktopapplications
