Yardi is on the lookout for a talented and creative marketing writer to join our dynamic REACH by RentCafe team! In this role, you'll craft compelling marketing copy for print and digital media, including articles, advertisements, brochures, and social media. You'll develop targeted messaging aligned with our marketing strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content. What you’ll do:

• Demonstrate your craft: Write clear, persuasive marketing copy for digital and print channels, including email campaigns and social media.
• Innovate as you create: Find new and engaging ways to bring the REACH voice to life through a mix of creativity, brand expertise and industry knowledge.
• Know your customer: Immerse yourself in the customer experience, using customer insights and a consumer-centric lens to tailor copy to their position in the funnel.
• Learn from others: Keep a close eye on industry trends and competitor work to continuously enhance marketing strategies.
• Take the lead: Be comfortable presenting creative concepts and copy to internal partners and clients.
• Adopt a Collaborative, Curiosity-First Mindset: Partner with your internal team and leadership to deliver on briefs and creative requests.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Two (2) years of work experience as a copywriter or marketing content creator.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Attention to proper grammar and style.
• Familiarity with Associated Press style guidelines.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing best practices.
• Ability to produce quality work in a high-traffic, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written channels).

Helpful to have:

• Experience in the real estate industry.
• Enterprise software experience.
