Yardi is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will ensure our processes and client engagements comply with federal, state, and local regulations. You will review laws, analyze client agreements for compliance, and maintain verified compliance records. Additionally, you will support our sales, implementation staff, and in-house attorneys, playing a crucial role in our regulatory compliance efforts.

What You’ll Do:

• Reviews and analyzes federal, state, and local laws.
• Reviews proposed client agreements to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contacts state and local government officials for confirmation of applicable regulations.
• Supports sales and implementation staff with respect to applicable regulations.
• Maintains verified compliance records for each jurisdiction.
• Provides general support to company’s in-house attorneys, including supporting various business units and legal functions.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Two plus (2 ) years of experience in a legal or regulatory compliance position.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a process-driven environment.

Helpful to Have:

• Experience working as a paralegal.
