Yarrington Mills is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist in data entry, administrative duties, and customer service in their Dye-Sublimation division. We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, detail oriented, and willing to step in to help the team whenever and wherever necessary. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

-Data entry

-Translating customer information and notes into necessary order details

-Production scheduling

-Communicating efficiently and effectively with other members of the sublimation team

-Communicating with customers

-Willingness to cross-train outside of the department

-Other administrative duties as needed

-Availability and willingness to work extra hours (paid) during high volume periods

Qualifications:

-High School Diploma or equivalent

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

-Basic math skills

-Previous data entry experience preferred

Physical Environment:

-Sitting 75% of workday

-Limited Exposure to machinery, inks, and dyes

-Climate controlled office environment

-Day shift, 8:00 am to 4:45 pm Monday through Friday
