About Us:

We are a dynamic eCommerce company that sells tabletop gaming accessories and tables. We also have a strong presence on Kickstarter. As a small but passionate team of three, we have successfully launched numerous projects and continue to grow. We are now seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to help us manage our day-to-day operations and ensure that our projects are executed flawlessly.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, and that nothing falls through the cracks. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. This role is crucial in helping us streamline our processes, meet our targets, and continue our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Assign tasks and set deadlines for team members, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the CEO and other stakeholders.

• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to prevent any disruptions.

• Coordinate with marketing, finance, and design teams to ensure alignment and support for ongoing projects.

• Assist with the planning and execution of Kickstarter campaigns.

• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, set priorities, and address any challenges.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an Operations Manager or experience in an ecommerce company preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

• A proactive and diligent mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and drive the company forward.

 • Advantage - design skills or graphic design/photo editing software

• Advantage - engineering or some technical background
