Title: Delivery Manager
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for customer satisfaction related to engagements being managed through delivery.
· Participate in customer's vendor/partner excellence programs -these programs focus on rewarding partners who provide business value, demonstrate technical leadership, improve quality, bring efficiencies, and deliver cost savings.
· Responsible for on time, under budget, quality delivery of all services
· Lead, execute, validate content/estimates/model, and defend Statement of work for new potential opportunities. This involves different groups within organization and effective coordination and communication is a must.
· Responsible for maintaining gross margins as per company defined goals.
· Help improve and establish frameworks for processes, policies, procedures, measurements, reporting -everything that applies irrespective of competencies.
· Experience with managing multiple teams, customer, and exposure to handle 10M accounts.
· Will not own resources other than delivery and program/project managers. Resource Managers will own resources. However
· Out of the box thinker to solve resource and skills problems using different techniques.
· Participate in resource planning with resource managers.
· Track and fulfill staffing resource requests.
· Help organization in building next generation of engineers.
· Customer facing responsibilities.
· Regular connect with customer stakeholders.
· Review overall program status with customer stakeholders.
· Gather engagement and individual resource level feedbacks and resolve any issues.
· Team facing
· Track and lead internal team utilization.
· Regular 1 -1 with team members (onshore/offshore)
· Deep dive to understand constraints.
· Mentoring of next level of leadership
· Close coordination with offshore leadership
· Account Team facing
· Participate in TOT meetings along with Sales/Account Manager and Consulting groups
· Where possible, identify new opportunities and get the right team involved.
· Resource risk identification and mitigation
· Understand customer technical and business landscape.
