Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years field experience as Project Controls Specialist and/or Manager
- Oracle/Primavera P6
- Microsoft Office Applications
- ERP Cost Management
- Experience in controlling multiple projects with minimal oversight is required.
- This individual will lead all project control responsibilities for any approved project, including Cost Forecasting, Cash Flow, Earned Value Management, Change Tracking, Quantity Tracking, Weekly Reporting, & Schedule Development and Analysis.
- Hands-on involvement in production of established client reporting criteria.
- Will work with the Client, Project Manager, Superintendents, & the Project Controls Director to ensure accurate and timely deliverables relating to overall project status.
- Will lead other project control individuals assigned to the project.
