About the Position:

Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget on a per project basis.

The ideal candidate is an energetic, organized, self-starter who has experience in a graphic manufacturing environment with a high sense of urgency and strong communication skills. Attention to detail, good mathematical and grammatical skills to support our sales and production team, and the ability to learn technical information are also essential.

We operate in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent time management and the ability to work effectively while under pressure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Manage and monitor the flow of jobs both internally and externally through the production process from start to finish.
  • Serve as the preferred communication contact with customers and production to ensure projects are on time and successful.
  • Establish customer's delivery requirements and confirm with operations that we can meet those requirements. Update schedules as necessary, keeping production, sales, and the customer informed of any challenges or changes.
  • Manage graphic installation and logistics for projects through to completion.
  • Coordinates project meetings when needed.
  • Uses price list tools and programs to develop basic price estimates which are reviewed prior to presentation.
  • Creates production work orders in an MIS system for print manufacturing.
  • Work with the art staff to ensure proofs and designs meet the customer's expectations.
  • Help create quote requests and quote letters to the client.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with production personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
  • Attend regular production meetings.
  • Work in a team environment.

Education

Associate's Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school

Two years’ related experience and/or training

Equivalent combination of education and experience

Hours

Full time- base schedule is 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday

Hours also include infrequent weekends and evenings as dictated by business needs and supervisor.

Salary Range:

The range for this position is $50,000 to $63,000 depending on experience.
