Yee Yee Apparel is a lifestyle company focused on faith, family and the outdoors. We are hiring an experienced VP of Marketing to join the team and take our marketing to the next level.

You will be an in an environment that leans heavily into the outdoor lifestyle, including hunting, fishing, patriotism and country music. Our ideal candidate already has knowledge in these areas.

Responsibilities

• Must be a doer, able to thrive in a startup environment of less than 10 employees
• Oversee email and SMS marketing director
• Oversee and manage 4 person paid ads team across all channels (YouTube, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok)
• Work with the team on promotional planning, digital marketing planning, creative and the execution of high-level internet marketing strategies consistent with brand image.
• Work with media director on photo and video shoots
• Handle all e-commerce marketing efforts on the Shopify platform
• Help manage a team of 1-2 social media managers
• Help manage influencer program
• Create monthly reports to share with team to review marketing analytics

Qualifications

• 6 years of marketing leadership experience
• Previous experience in e-commerce, especifically Shopify & Klaviyo
• Self-starter, reliable and disciplined
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Our HQ is located near Georgetown, TX, north of Austin. Our typical work day is from 9 am-4 pm. Our office environment is relaxed but focused and we have a small team of anywhere from 5-10 people in the office.
