Yellowstone Structural Systems is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill a hybrid role between our Customer Relations and Logistics departments. In this role you will serve as the primary contact for our customers, set sales appointments, and schedule installations. What You Will Do:

• Answer incoming calls 
• Schedule sales appointments to maximize efficiency for sales representatives
• Follow up with customers on a variety of matters
• Take ownership of customer escalations when they happen, ensure timely communication, and do what is necessary to resolve the matter
• Meet or exceed sales lead conversion rates
• Manage production logistics, ensuring that customers are communicated with properly and crews are set up for success
• Ensure that crews are scheduled to their fullest capacity
• Maintain customer and company records
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks as needed

What We Need For This Role:

• Must reside in or near Belgrade or Bozeman, Montana or be actively relocating within 30 days
• Proficient in Google Suite
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Extraordinary telephone and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude for problem-solving and resourcefulness
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 years of experience in the customer service field preferred
• Experience in Salesforce (i360) preferred
