Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst IV to support software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of standard business analysis concepts, practices, and deliverables. This role requires expertise in gathering and documenting requirements, knowledge of the software development lifecycle, and the ability to work independently with considerable initiative and judgment. Familiarity with standard market testing tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of current case management processes through interviews, observations, and document review.
• Document all aspects of the case lifecycle, including intake, processing, tracking, and closure.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment with the new system.
• Develop a comprehensive system map or flowchart that visually represents the ideal case management process.
• Document and communicate process changes to all relevant parties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 9 years of experience in business analysis or a related area.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements.
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to work under limited supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
• Familiarity with standard market testing tools.
