Title: Project Manager, HVAC Service (EXPERIENCED)

Location: Northbrook, IL

Duration: FTE

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Initiate: Collaborate with Sales team throughout the bidding process and create project outcome projection
• Plan & Prepare: Oversee a variety of projects from beginning to end
• Execute: Order equipment and materials, schedule manpower, submit Change Orders, manage worksite safety, and maintain required project documentation
• Lead: Plan, coordinate, oversee, and maintain effective field operations and teams
• Perform: Effectively accomplish the scope of contracted work within allotted budget and time schedules
• Service: Provide exceptional guidance and support to all stakeholders, partners, and team members

Skills:

• Knowledgeable: In-depth industry and HVAC project management knowledge required; ability to read and understand construction prints and bid documents
• Experienced: Extensive previous experience with Commercial HVAC systems
• A Communicator: Effectively communicate verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
• Adaptable: Analyze, think critically, negotiate, and problem-solve; quickly adjust to a changing environment; successfully manage multiple priorities under time constraints
• Flexible: Available as needed; able to travel to client sites
