Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity? We're looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our team in the Portland office on a 1-year contract. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for full life cycle recruiting, we want to hear from you!
Role OverviewAs a Recruiter, you'll manage the full recruitment process for 20-25 requisitions, including:
- Posting job openings
- Sourcing candidates
- Screening resumes
- Interacting with hiring managers
- Extending offers
You'll also support our full-time recruiters with sourcing efforts and coordinate various recruitment activities.
Top Priorities- Quickly get trained on our recruiting processes and systems.
- Build trust with the team and hiring managers.
- Confidently manage requisitions.
- Adapting to our specific systems and processes.
- Being adaptable and comfortable with change.
- 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive and growth mindset.
- Sourcing experience.
- Confidence in building relationships with hiring managers.
- Commitment to providing a premium customer experience (organized, timely responses, proactive follow-up).
- University degree preferred (2 years of experience in lieu of degree).
- Minimum 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience (not coordinator or other roles).
- Portland office (must be in proximity to Portland, Oregon).
