We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation team and see our patients in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting throughout Philadelphia. This job is for a part time or full time Nurse Practitioner working 2-3 days/week or full time (5 days/week) for the right candidate. The days and hours are very flexible. On a typical day you can expect to work between 6-8 hours a day.

Compensation: $130K-$150K/yr for Full Time depending on experience / $500 - $600/day for Part Time depending on experience

About You:

This job requires that you have:

• A valid PA APN License with prescriptive authority
• A valid DEA
• Excellent documentation skills
