Position Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls and ensure callers are connected with the appropriate resource.
• Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries for all departments; notifying responsible parties that a delivery has arrived.
• Check mail and distribute to appropriate mailbox.
• Greet visitors and notify responsible party that the visitor has arrived.
• Maintain entry way and visitor waiting areas.
• Maintain visitor coffee and beverage station and employee breakroom.
• Inventory, order and maintain office supplies in suites 100 and 190.
• Assist with preparing for on-site meetings; reserve conference rooms, order meals, ensure snacks and beverages are on hand.
• Assist with other HR related administrative duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:

• One to two years of relevant experience required.
• High school diploma required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong phone skills.
• Capable of forming relationships with diverse groups of people at various levels within an organization.
• Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated strength with written and verbal communication.
• Punctual with strong attendance history.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information and provide necessary follow-through.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
